Mission Discovery

A five day space and STEM student program for years 7–10 secondary school students.

Students will learn from NASA astronaut, astrophysicist and ISS commander Dr Michael Foale, NASA leaders, and expert scientists from the University of Melbourne.

In teams, students take on the role of research scientists and design a space science experiment. The overall winning team’s experiment, as judged by the NASA panel, will be launched to the International Space Station and conducted by astronauts on board!

This is a full immersion in Space and STEM – with plenty of hands-on activities.

Registration fee: Individual students $771 + GST per student

School groups with 20+ participants $739 + GST per student

School groups with 50+ participants $699 + GST per student
