This lecture is part of the Global Law Students Association's, Global Thinking Lecture Series sponsored by King & Wood Mallesons and scheduled throughout 2012. The series of guest lectures will feature eminent individuals from diverse professional backgrounds. The series aims to give attendees an opportunity to be inspired by the experiences of those who have made a profound impact on the global community.

The speaker, Professor Robyn Eckersley is Coordinator of the Master of International Relations Program, Faculty of Arts and teaches in the School of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Melbourne. She is also Founding Co-convenor/Treasurer APSA Environmental Policy and Politics Research Standing Group.

The lecture is scheduled for an hour, after which there will be an opportunity to share ideas with like-minded people whilst enjoying the light food and drinks provided by the Global Law Students Association.
