The Australian Academy of Science's Victorian Regional Group warmly invite members of the public to hear from leading Victorian scientists, the newly appointed 2017 Australian Academy of Science fellows and the academy's 2017 Jacques Miller Medalist, Professor Jian Li.
In this symposium, 6 leading Victorian scientists will give brief snapshots of their work. Five of the presenters have been recently elected as members of the Australian Academy of Science. The sixth presenter is the recipient of the Academy’s Jacques Miller Medal.
These talks are suitable for a general audience and the public is warmly invited to attend.
