The History and Future of the Crime of Aggression

In December 2017, States parties to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court will decide whether to activate the crime of aggression. This public forum will bring together leading international law scholars to explore how histories of international criminal law can inform our understanding of current developments, and to ask what the criminalisation of aggression might mean for the future of international law and order.

Chaired by Professor Anne Orford, with Dr Amanda Alexander, Professor Martti Koskenniemi and Professor Pål Wrange.
