    Professor Germaine Greer

Professor Germaine Greer, an alumna of the University of Melbourne, is a literary scholar, a performer, a journalist and an author. Her first book, The Female Eunuch (1970), is a landmark text of second-wave feminism and new editions and translations are still being produced. Her most recent book, White Beech (2014), is about buying and rehabilitating Cave Creek, a rainforest in southern Queensland. A new edition of The Change, Greer’s 1991 book on women, ageing and menopause, is scheduled for early 2018.
