    Associate Professor Shaun Lott

Shaun Lott is currently an Associate Professor in Structural Biology at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and a Principal Investigator of the Maurice Wilkins Centre for Molecular Biodiscovery, a New Zealand Centre for Research Excellence. His laboratory has a long-standing in bacterial pathogenesis, with a focus on the human pathogen Mycobacterium tuberculosis. His undergraduate training and graduate training was in the UK: he studied biochemistry at the University of Surrey, and obtained his PhD in molecular biology from the University of Leeds.
