Eugenia Lim was born in 1981 in Melbourne, where she continues to live. She holds a Bachelor of Media Arts (Honours), RMIT University, Melbourne, 2006, and Bachelor of Creative Arts, Victorian College of the Arts, University of Melbourne, 2002.
