Leonardo DiCaprio. Meryl Streep. Jackson Anthony. Jackson Anthony’s uncharacteristically attractive son. The Union House Theatre has graced us with many a talent over the years, but none more exciting than those that’ll be on show at MUSLSA’s Annual Charity Play: ‘About Last Night’!
This play is sure to have you laughing so hard you’ll have your dad bods turn to ab bods, with an array of gags so good you’ll wish a sequel was in order.
Secure your tickets now and get in early for what’s sure to be a packed crowd, a night full of laughs, soul-touching morals and familiar faces!
Whilst it may seem that the MUSLSA charity play is all gags and banter featuring some truly relatable predicaments, it is also an innovative and special way to give back to a less privileged community.
MUSLSA will be contributing all the proceeds from this event to our charity project, ‘Water for Wellbeing’. This initiative will provide clean water for the children of Samanala Thanna Primary School in Dehiattakandiya, Sri Lanka. The school receives clean water a mere two days, weekly, and is in dire need of our help. With your charitable donations and attendance at our play, together we can ensure that these students receive the resources that they deserve.
So do come, and together enjoy a wonderful night whilst putting smiles on the faces of the children of Samanala Thanna Primary School.
P.S: This is a family friendly event, so make sure spread the word and bring down all your cousins, aunties and uncles, grandmas and grandpas for a great time for everyone!
Presented by MUSLSA – Melbourne University Sri Lankan Student’s Association.
