    Ms Erica Grundell

Erica Grundell is currently the Senior Mental Health Adviser in the Department of Health and Human Services’ Mental Health Branch. She has more than two decades of experience in legal policy and law reform across the health and mental health portfolios. Erica has taught as a senior fellow in the Law Masters Program at the University of Melbourne since 2006. Her research has focused on the intersection of health law, ethics and policy and its implications for health practitioners, including the impacts of mental health tribunals on clinical decision making.
