Her work includes developing faculty-level activities and Faculty’s networks on a local and global level. She is also the Head of the DOORS development project, which is a national teacher education development project funded by the Ministry of Education and Culture in Finland. The DOORS project is a joint project of eight universities in Finland and it aims to develop a national suitability test for the Finnish teacher education. Anu Warinowski has previously worked as a university lecturer and teacher in the Department of Teacher Education (UTU). She finished her PhD in education in 2012 in the Department of Education (UTU). Originally, she is a class teacher (MA) and has worked 15 years as a class teacher in the city of Turku, Finland.
