Bill Harley is Professor of Human Resource Management in the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Melbourne. His research is primarily focused on new forms of labour management and their implications for employees and organisations. Bill’s work has been published in leading international journals including Industrial Relations, the British Journal of Industrial Relations, Journal of Management Studies and Work Employment and Society. Bill is Associate Dean in the Faculty and General Editor of the Journal of Management Studies. He has consulted widely with local and international organisations including the ILO and the OECD.
