Kwanghui Lim is Associate Professor of Strategic Management at the Melbourne Business School and Institute Fellow of Innovation at Networked Society Institute. His research explores the strategies used by organisations to manage inventors, scientists and the knowledge they create.
Lim obtained his bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore (1991) and a Ph.D. in Management from the MIT Sloan School (2000).
At Melbourne Business School Lim teaches the core MBA course on Business Strategy, the MBS Innovation Bootcamp and Business Tools for M.Sc students. He co-founded the Melbourne Biodesign course and created the capstone course for the Master of Entrepreneurship program at the University of Melbourne.
Prior to this, Lim was an Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore Business School, where he taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses in managing technology and innovation.
