Generations at Work - Alumni Mentor Event

Alumni mentors were invited to hear from a panel of thought leaders from the University of Melbourne as they discuss the differences and similarities that exist in and across the generations and how they may impact the future of work.

As they share their insights on what key generational traits divide and connect us, we can gain a better understanding of how to best motivate, engage, inspire and communicate with each generation, not only in the context of work but in our daily lives.

The panel is moderated by Dr Jennifer Henry and includes:

• Associate Professor Hernan Cuervo, Deputy Director, Youth Research Centre • Dr Josh Healy, Senior Research Fellow, Centre for Workplace Leadership • Dr Signe Ravn, Senior Lecturer in Sociology • Dr Brendan Churchill, Research Fellow in Sociology
