Venue: Royal Exhibition Building, Carlton Gardens

The University of Melbourne’s Graduate Careers Fair is an effective way for employers to recruit graduates. Over 2500 students attended in 2012 and over 130 organisations participated from a large cross section of industries including engineering, accounting, law and insurance companies, investment banks, management consultancies as well as local, state and federal government departments. Employers are eager to meet local and international graduates of The University of Melbourne and to seek out students to fill their graduate positions.

Set inside the beautiful heritage Royal Exhibition Building for one day in March, the University of Melbourne’s Graduate Careers Fair is a fantastic opportunity where students and employers come face to face. Students can ask questions and get a feel for particular firms before applying for graduate positions, employers can discuss graduate employment opportunities and present their organisation as an employer of choice to 2013’s leading graduates. Employers in attendance offer structured graduate employment programs and other full-time employment opportunities for final year students to commence the following year.

Students from all disciplines who are due to complete their studies in 2013 will be attending. Disciplines include: Agriculture, Arts, Biomedicine, Commerce, Environments, Fine Arts, Music, Oral Health, Science, Environmental Horticulture, General Studies and Graduate Studies.

Employers: 2013 registrations are open. For pricing of display booths, registration and additional information please go to: http://careers.unimelb.edu.au/employers/fairs/graduate or contact fiona.simpson@unimelb.edu.au.
